Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking and participating in any tour offered by Hala Dubai Adventures ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not book or participate in our tours.

2. Booking & Payment

Booking Process:

• Bookings can be made via our website, WhatsApp, or email
• No payment is required at time of booking
• Payment is due upon final confirmation or before the tour starts
• Accepted payment methods: Cash, Credit Card, Bank Transfer

Pricing:

• All prices are shown in AED, USD, and EUR and are inclusive of up to 4 guests
• Additional guests beyond 4 are charged at AED 250 per person
• Prices may be subject to change; confirmed prices apply to bookings
• VAT (if applicable in UAE) is included in the quoted price

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Free Cancellation: Full refund if cancelled 48 hours before the tour start time.

Late Cancellation (Less Than 48 Hours): 50% refund of the tour price.

No-Show: No refund if you do not show up or cancel after the tour has started.

Company Cancellation: If we cancel due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or rebooking at no additional cost.

4. Health & Safety Requirements

Participants must be in good physical health. Certain tours (desert safari, desert activities) may not be suitable for:

• Pregnant women (especially third trimester)
• People with severe back or heart conditions
• People with extreme heat sensitivity
• People with mobility limitations (please inform us in advance)

Please disclose any health conditions when booking. The Company reserves the right to refuse participation if deemed unsafe.

5. Liability & Assumption of Risk

Assumption of Risk: By participating in our tours, you acknowledge that all activities carry inherent risks including (but not limited to) physical injury, property damage, or personal loss. You assume full responsibility for these risks.

Liability Limitation: Hala Dubai Adventures and Muhammad Bilal are not liable for:

• Personal injury or death (except as required by law)
• Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
• Weather-related disruptions or changes to the itinerary
• Delays, cancellations, or changes due to traffic, weather, or events beyond our control
• Third-party services (restaurants, attractions, transportation)

6. Photography & Consent

By participating in our tours, you consent to:

• Being photographed or filmed during the tour
• These photos/videos being used for marketing, website content, social media, or Airbnb reviews
• Your image and name being used in promotional materials

If you do not consent to photography, please inform the guide at the start of the tour.

7. Behavior & Conduct

Participants must:

• Follow all instructions from the guide and respect local customs
• Respect all tour locations and cultural/religious sites
• Not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Dress appropriately (especially for mosque visits)

The guide reserves the right to end a tour or remove a participant for disruptive, disrespectful, or dangerous behavior. No refund will be provided in such cases.

8. Itinerary Changes

The Company reserves the right to modify the tour itinerary due to:

• Weather conditions or natural disasters
• Venue closures or unavailability
• Traffic or transportation issues
• Unforeseen safety concerns

We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the essence of the tour while adapting to circumstances.

9. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to arbitration or relevant UAE courts.
