Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking and participating in any tour offered by Hala Dubai Adventures ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not book or participate in our tours.

2. Booking & Payment

Booking Process:

• Booking requests can be sent through our website, WhatsApp or email. A request is not a confirmed booking.
• We check availability, date, language and your requirements, then confirm the available arrangements and the final price with you. Your booking is confirmed only when we confirm it.
• No payment or card details are needed to send a booking request. We first check availability, then confirm the arrangements and the final price with you. Payment is arranged only after that: through a payment link we send you separately, or at pickup where agreed when we confirm your booking.
• Accepted payment methods: Cash, Credit Card, Bank Transfer

Pricing:

• All prices are shown in AED, USD, and EUR and are starting prices for a private group of up to 6 guests (shared yacht and boat tours are priced per person). Prices shown are our current advertised prices. Your final quote is confirmed for your requested date, availability, language and selected options before you commit — nothing is charged before then.
• Private tours have one total price for a private group of 1–6 guests. Groups of 7 or more on private city tours (Dubai half-day and full-day, Abu Dhabi half-day and full-day, Old Dubai) receive a custom quote with a suitable vehicle. Desert safaris carry up to 6 guests per private 4x4; larger groups need additional private 4x4 vehicles and a custom quote. Stopover tours cover 1–6 guests at their total price; groups of 7 or more receive a custom quote, because suitable transport and pricing depend on group size, luggage, itinerary and availability. Airport transfers cover up to 3 guests. Shared yacht and boat tours are priced per person.

• VAT (if applicable in UAE) is included in the quoted price

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Free Cancellation: Cancel up to 24 hours before the tour start time at no cost — no deduction.

Late Cancellation (less than 24 hours): Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour start time are charged 50% of the tour price.

No-Show: If you do not show up, the full tour price is charged.

Company Cancellation: If we cancel due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or rebooking at no additional cost.

4. Health & Safety Requirements

Participants must be in good physical health. Certain tours (desert safari, desert activities) may not be suitable for:

• Pregnant women (especially third trimester)
• People with severe back or heart conditions
• People with extreme heat sensitivity
• People with mobility limitations (please inform us in advance)

Please disclose any health conditions when booking. The Company reserves the right to refuse participation if deemed unsafe.

5. Liability & Assumption of Risk

Assumption of Risk: By participating in our tours, you acknowledge that all activities carry inherent risks including (but not limited to) physical injury, property damage, or personal loss. You assume full responsibility for these risks.

Liability Limitation: Hala Dubai Adventures and Muhammad Bilal are not liable for:

• Personal injury or death (except as required by law)
• Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
• Weather-related disruptions or changes to the itinerary
• Delays, cancellations, or changes due to traffic, weather, or events beyond our control
• Third-party services (restaurants, attractions, transportation)

6. Photography & Consent

By participating in our tours, you consent to:

• Being photographed or filmed during the tour
• These photos/videos being used for marketing, website content, social media, or Airbnb reviews
• Your image and name being used in promotional materials

If you do not consent to photography, please inform the guide at the start of the tour.

7. Behavior & Conduct

Participants must:

• Follow all instructions from the guide and respect local customs
• Respect all tour locations and cultural/religious sites
• Not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Dress appropriately (especially for mosque visits)

The guide reserves the right to end a tour or remove a participant for disruptive, disrespectful, or dangerous behavior. No refund will be provided in such cases.

8. Itinerary Changes

The Company reserves the right to modify the tour itinerary due to:

• Weather conditions or natural disasters
• Venue closures or unavailability
• Traffic or transportation issues
• Unforeseen safety concerns

We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the essence of the tour while adapting to circumstances.

9. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to arbitration or relevant UAE courts.
